The co***ny mainly engaged in bio-engineering food additives and ingredients, medicine and other product development, production and sales of existing products: transglutaminase, lipase, Curdlan, polylysine and so on, which are based on biological fermentation of natural food additives. It is the second co***ny in the world after Japan Ajinomoto Co., Ltd., and the first enterprise in China to produce glutamine aminotransferase (MTG) by microbial fermentation.
